Added --no-check-certificate switch to wget
Some tarballs don't extract to same name as the tarball (e.g. bzrtools-1.4.tar.gz extracts to bzrtools). One way to overcome this is to read the content of the archive and guess from the 1'st entry
(tar -t, zip -l ...)
